Dr. LaScala is a Credentialed Level 3 Provider of the Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.).  He is certified in biomechanics, spine, upper and lower extremities, and he is a certified instructor of the Active Release Techniques. He combines A.R.T. with multiple therapeutic treatments in order to achieve superior results with some of the most complex musculoskeletal conditions. He was chosen as one of the treating doctors for the 2002 Ironman World Championship held annually in Hawaii.

Dr. LaScala completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia. He is a 1998 graduate of Life University and was awarded both the Clinical Competency and X-ray Competency awards during his clinical internship. He holds a Diplomate status with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

He has extensive experience with professional athletes and athletic related conditions and injuries. He combines his expertise as a Certified Personal Trainer with A.R.T. and human anatomy in order to aid his patients in their rehabilitation and recovery from their injuries.

Dr. LaScala currently works with several NFL teams and numerous professional football players, NCAA Division 1 players, professional cyclists, triathletes, and golfers, Olympians, as well as weekend warriors.

As a past competitive bodybuilder and a current triathlete, he has gained extensive knowledge of strength conditioning, which he routinely incorporates into his patients’ care plans.
